dc.description.abstractGenerally, most anticancer medications are managed by an intravenous mixture. During the last decade, notwithstanding, the utilization of oral anticancer medications has expanded, on account of demonstrated adequacy and patient inclination for oral treatment. These days, most new anticancer medications are being developed are oral administration. The advancement of oral delivery is, nonetheless, frequently hampered by low and variable bioavailability influenced by physicochemical properties. The partition coefficient, molecular weight, number of Hydrogen bond donors, and number of Hydrogen bond acceptors of anticancer drugs were searched and tabulated into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Drugs which do not comply with Lipinski‟s rule of five were identified. The types of their marketed dosage forms were checked.
