©Daffodil International University v Executive Summary This paper concentrates on internship experience as well as the financial performance assessment of Al-Arafah Islami Bank. To get insight into the realistic banking experience, it is relevant to engage with an internship program which enhances knowledge regarding the functions of banks. The bank engaged with Islami Shariah principles regarding the guidelines and regulatoryre quirements. In terms of risk management and investment, the bank collects deposits as investments from the clients and invests the amounts in specific portfolios to generate profits.
