Abstract
The report is divided chapter wise. The first chapter consists introduction of the report. In the second chapter there is a brief description about Novartis Bangladesh Limited. The third chapter consists of the report topic. In this chapter there is the survey questionnaire and answers of that questionnaire. After that there is the analysis part and from that analysis there are some findings of recommendation situation. each is question. provided In about the fourth chapter how to solve the situation.
