dc.description.abstractGlobal Positioning System (GPS); operable using the preestablished
dc.description.abstractinfrastructure is proposed. Another advantage of
dc.description.abstractthis system is that, only one base station (BS) is utilized. The
dc.description.abstractuplink control channel power from a mobile station received
dc.description.abstractby a base station determines the power to be transmitted to
dc.description.abstractthat user. With the change of weather condition, the power
dc.description.abstractdata also changes. However, the collective power level changes
dc.description.abstractuniformly; allowing their slopes to remain constant in any case.
dc.description.abstractExtracting the slope of the plot eludes the system from power
dc.description.abstractamplitude dependency, henceforth making this system
dc.description.abstractexclusive to weather change.
