Abstract
From 1993, Drik ICT started its journey. And BTRC enabled it to provide data communication services nationwide in 2011. It offers all kinds of commercial/corporate web based service including software solutions. In this report I attempted to uplift the general conditions of providing services as IT company proposed and delivered to the customer. There are more branches available to get their services in Dhaka like as Gulshan, Banani, Motijheel, Uttara, Moghbazar. And the data center situated in Dhanmondi. Their goal is to reach all eight division in our country. It has one data center,
one disaster recovery, fifteen core pop and eighty distribution pop.
