Abstract
The study was designed for pharmacological investigation of ethanolic crude extract of Mikania cordata (Family: Asteraceae, Bengali name – Asam Lata) and screening of their biological activities like, antimicrobial, cytotoxicity and free radical scavenging activities. In antioxidant activity the ethanolic extract show mild activity and in cytotoxic activity it showed moderate activity where it showed LD50 values at 29.49μg/ml and the antimicrobial activity of this ethanolic extract was not significant to mention
