INTERNSHIP REPORT ON HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTICE IN NCC BANK Ltd.

Abstract

The internship opportunity with NCC Bank Ltd. provides an excellent chance for study and professional growth. I am grateful to NCC Bank Ltd. for enabling me to join their organization. First and foremost, I would want to thank the All-Powerful Allah (SWT) for providing me with the chance, courage, and poise to complete my undergraduate degree as well as the internship program. Second, I want to express my gratitude to my supervisor, Ma’am Nujhat Anjum Ani, Senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship at Daffodil International University, for all the support she gave me as I prepared my report. And last, without the help of several members of the staff of NCC Bank Ltd, my internship would not have been complete. I will always keep all the help I require. My sincere gratitude and appreciation to my internship supervisor for providing me with helpful guidance, suggestions, and assistance in understanding concepts that were unfamiliar to me as well as for sharing resources and materials on the Bank HR practice which were crucial to the completion of my internship report.
