Event Management Web Application

Abstract

Event management web application is used to manage all even that we are provide. It is also necessary for event organizer that we all provide service so that we can contact them any time to plan an event at given time. To manage all these system we have developed this software. To get success in the event management business, user should have strong network contacts of service provider. We provide some features like Sound systems services, Lighting providers, Canteen services, stage construction and so on. In any event many service providers work simultaneously and it is very hard to manage this system. It is also important for event organizer that we all the contacts our user so that we can contact them any time to plan an event at given time. . In present system Event Company has to do all management work manually. We keep all payment information on papers. To do we have to check payment ledger and this task is very time consuming. We developed this software with the Python Django framework. We are Design this system for reduce the complex from Event Management system. Also this system is user friendly. By use our Systems the user can be fix the reservation with the customer want to organize any kind of event, they can be stored their Information about the customer.
