My Experience as a Sub-Editor in The Daily Samakal

Abstract

Newspapers are the mass media to bring stories or happenings that considered news to people around us. A research told that, a few years back the numbers of newspapers around the world was not more than 6580. This shows, print media is the main platform to show off out the real skills of a journalist. Now a day most of the people are getting online oriented. But I prefer print media. Because in print media, news come out with perfection and elaboration. That’s why I have chosen the Daily Samakal for my internship. I believe, the Daily Samakal is a leading newspaper of Bangladesh in the present situation. I thought and idea with them. I can reach a vast number of people with my works. And my academic education helped me a lot regarding my internship. I have learned last of new things over here. Under the supervisor of Mr. Shariful Islam Sharif and Mr. Mujibar Rahman. I come to know about my mistakes and lack of knowledge. They have encouraged me a lot of to increase my skill in a professional way.
