dc.description.abstractThis report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of this study deals with an introduction that presents the objectives, Methodology, Scope of limitation of the study. In order to understand the Banks on which the study is carried on, the second chapter of the study deals with some theoretical concepts about the Profile of BKB. The third chapter is about the conceptual framework of financial performance activities of BKB. The fourth chapter is about the different types of analysis and findings on the evaluation of investment & financial performance activities. The fifth chapter is about conclusions and recommendations which are drawn by analysis of the whole study. The main findings of the study are as follows: BKB financial performance is very restrictive, the bank has little concern about the advertising process, the bank has no written lending guidelines, the loan sanctioning process is lengthy, etc. Some recommendation of the study is: Financial policy should be moderate, the bank should be concentrating on the advertising process, the bank should maintain written lending guidelines, the bank should maintain a quick loan sanctioning process.
