Report on Epyllion group overview of cross-functional departments

Abstract

The overall report consists of a company overview of Epyllion Group. Moreover, I have summarized a total of five departments, including human resources, supply chain, marketing and merchandising, commercial and production departments, where I tried to accumulate their work process and flow charts. Furthermore, in the third part of my report, I tried to provide examples from the generic and industry-specific courses which helped me a lot during my internship period. In addition, I tried to provide improvement areas for the industry and my own perspectives. Overall, it will be a comprehensive report of my overall internship learning experience and 9 months 9-month-long PGD journey.
