dc.description.abstractThis paper examines the factors that are responsible for the migration of academics from developing countries to developed countries. After exploring the causes,the paper also examines the factors related with the return migration of academics in Bangladesh. What has made it possible for the return of academics to their home country is the key concern of this research.
