This study set out to evaluate the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial capabilities of Curcuma longa aqueous extract; phytochemical screening is the most important step in the first screening of plant bioactive materials and often the first in the drug development process. Objectives: To evaluate the potential chemical components and evaluate the antiinflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial effects. Materials & Methods: The Phyto chemical tests were done at the laboratory and use extract of Curcuma longa and this plant was extracted by ethanol. The antioxidant test was done by free radicle scavenging method and anti-microbial activity was done by Kirby-Bauer Disk Diffusion method. Results: Phytochemical analysis of Curcuma longa showed various chemical components present in extract like alkaloid, carbohydrate, tannin, glycoside, saponin etc
