Abstract
Multimedia messaging system is a system application by which a WAP client is able to provide a messaging operation with a variety of media types. This paper proposes a method for multimedia messaging for cellular communication. It can provide full connectivity all over the world for sending and receiving multimedia message with high security and reliability. It can also reduce the existing communication cost of multimedia message.
