dc.description.abstractinformation has become a challenge in this competitive world.
dc.description.abstractThere are many techniques for securing data/information such as
dc.description.abstractcryptography, steganography etc. In this paper, hybrid
dc.description.abstractcryptography has been applied using AES and RSA. In this
dc.description.abstracthybrid cryptography, the symmetric key used for message
dc.description.abstractencryption is also encrypted, which ensures a better security. An
dc.description.abstractadditional feature of this paper is to create a digital signature by
dc.description.abstractencrypting the hash value of message. At the receiving side this
dc.description.abstractdigital signature is used for integrity checking. Then the
dc.description.abstractencrypted message, encrypted symmetric key and encrypted
dc.description.abstractdigest are combined together to form a complete message. This
dc.description.abstractcomplete message again has been secured using the
dc.description.abstractsteganography method, LSB. Here hybrid cryptography provides
dc.description.abstracta better security, steganography strengthens the security.
dc.description.abstractMessage integrity checking is a special feature of this algorithm.
dc.description.abstractSuccessful simulations have been shown to support the feasibility
dc.description.abstractof this algorithm.
