Abstract

The education sector has undergone a transformation due to the swift progress of mobile technologies, offering new avenues for learning through mobile learning (m-learning). This study explores the critical factors influencing the utilization and impact of mobile learning can be evaluated through the Information Systems (IS) Success Framework. The variables examined encompass System Quality (SYSQ), Service Quality (SERQ), Information Quality (INFQ), Self Efficacy (SE), Social Influence (SI), Attitude (ATT), Symbolic Adoption (SA). By employing SmartPLS for data analysis, we aim to understand the relationships between these variables and their impact on m-learning success. The findings suggest that high self-efficiency, superior system and information quality, reliable service quality, positive social influence, and favorable attitudes towards m-learning significantly contribute to its symbolic adoption. This research provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and technology developers to enhance m-learning systems, ultimately promoting a more effective and engaging learning experience. Anyone who wants to plan, organize, and execute a mobile learning initiative might find the paper helpful.
