Abstract

The Internship Report on Recruitment and Selection Process of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited is originated as a partial requirement of BBA Program, Department of Business Administration, and Daffodil International University.This report will give a clear idea about the activities and operational strategies of IBBL. This report contains five parts The first chapter is focused on the Introductory part mainly statement of the problem, objectives, methodology & the limitations of the study.The second chapter is focused on the literature review The third chapter is focused on the Recruitment & selection process of IBBL The Forth chapter is focused on the findings & analysis Finally the fifth chapter contains recommendation and conclusion of the study.
