dc.description.abstractA field experiment was conducted to study the influence of potash on growth, yield and morphophysiological characteristics of sweet potato germplasmat horticulture farm, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh during October 2016 to March, 2017. Treatments consisted of seven different germplasm L , Local; G R , Vietnam red; G W , White; G Y , Yellow; G O, Orange; G , Violet and G 1 M , Magenta and K 3 , 180kg ha -1 0 ,120 kg ha -1 ; K 1 ,140 kg ha O M -1 -1 in K where 180 kg murate of potash was applied. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of potassiumhad a positive effect on yield of sweet potato where sevensweet potatogermplasmwas attributed for morphophysiological characteristics.
