Abstract

I would like to express my sincere and heartiest gratitude to research supervisor Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Sikder, Department of Physics, Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) and Co-supervisor Dr. A. K. M. Abdul 1-lakiin, Chief Engineer, Materials Science Division (MSD), Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka (AECD) for their pains taking help, continuous inspiration, advice and guidance through the progress of this work. I shall remain ever grateful to them. I am specially indebted to Dr. A. K. M. Abdul Hakim without whose efforts I could not have perfonied the experimental side of this work.
