Improved emergency medical service and accessibility for a certain area of Dhaka region to achieve the utility enhancement of trip destination in a precise way. It is essential to determine the criteria and demand of medical emergencies and transport facilities by ensuring arrival issue from origin to final destination. Patient,s criteria age , gender , ambience , patients assistant’s characteristics etc are figures out from our survey and data collection process .Socio-economic characteristics, such as income, education level, etc., and trip characteristics, such as; frequency, purpose etc. were found to have significant impacts on boarding and alighting experience at emergency medical survices. It is generally assumed that access to healthcare is not an issue in densely populated urban areas due to short distances, we prove otherwise by applying improved methods of assessing accessibility to emergency services by the urban poor that take traffic variability into account .Bayesian model is performed utilizing data collected from a face-to-face survey at different places in Dhaka, a developing urban city by using GeNIe.
