dc.description.abstractIn today’s competitive business environment, companies strive to get the competitive advantages by expanding globally and meeting customers’ growing expectations. Companies aim to achieve higher profit by generating more output with lower total cost in the entire business chain. In this context, IT enabled innovation is mandatory for the growth of the organizations. Despite having many benefits, users are feeling stressed by excessive use of IT and also feel exhausted because of pace of change of technology. In this paper, we proposed a research model, which can assist managers to measure users condition in pre implementation stage which could be barriers to technology enabled innovative service. An exclusive literature is presented and further discussed.
