Abstract

Providing older citizens in Bangladesh with inexpensive, high-quality medical care remains a significant problem, despite advances in several health indicators over the past few decades. The purpose of this study was to better understand people's experiences in relation to their medical careneeds, treatment costs, accessibility, and coping methods in order to promote strategies that will improve the quality of life for older Bangladeshi citizens. The study's methodology was a qualitative-descriptive one. Between September and October 2023, older adults who were evenly distributed by gender participated in a Kaliakair, gazipur.
