Internship experience report: advancing quality assurance skills at Planet X Incorporation

Abstract

During my internship at Planet X Inc., On the large scale I contributed to two large projects: the Footsteps Bangladesh web application and the Scholar Jimmy Library. To check the programs and beneficiaries it included tracking, robust functionality, usability, performance, and security on the Footsteps Bangladesh application. I have implemented QA practices like functional testing using Jest, performance testing using k6, as well security testing using OWASP ZAP. My contribution in AI driven tool Scholar Jimmy Library project is back-end QA to make the user’s interaction with the tool smooth and quick. This report reflects about the projects I worked in, the di!culties I’ve encountered and what I’ve gained professionally in those projects, how structured QA process helps us give out a quality product.
