dc.description.abstractThe work presented here was supported by the Ford Foundation Dhaka for the Maternity Care Project, the Norwagian Agency for International Development for the MCH-FP service programme, and the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR,B).
