Abstract

This paper is a general SMV method and a breakdown of the activity of the textile business. Alim knit (BD) Ltd and Magpie Composite textile Limited has been visited. SMV and the associated facts are gathered. In time, development, capacity, organizational breakdown, aim and general results, we have finalized our test. After both of these have been used, we have compared hard work efficiency and live results before and after the case. The planned output format was sooner or later modeled and increased efficiency guaranteed. In this paper a few Time, Power, Goal, SMV and Manufacturing approaches were quoted, and the various techniques were observed, evaluated and further discussed in this paper, including organizational breakdown and a different method and technique which consists of different experimental dialogues, test results and discussion.
