| dc.description.abstract | By making use of the WGCNA package in R as principal tool for experimentation, we perform a consensus analysis on two data sets containing the female mice and male mice liver expression data. Performing a consensus analysis on two data sets containing the female mice and male mice liver expression data, with the help of the weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA) package in R, gives us the results that can be seen by observing the plots and other gures produced through the implementation of the experiment, which are joined and commented into the present document. | |
