Communication is the key for any business success; signal coverage is the primary requirement of any communication system. Mobile wireless applications are a good way to increase productivity, improve customer service and streamline business processes. 3G mobile applications, however, bring a unique challenge: ensuring adequate in-building coverage. In Building Solution (IBS) is an indoor signal coverage solution as the extension of the existing mobile network. It distributes the RF signals to different indoor locations via the distributed antenna system, which consists of antenna, power splitter, coupler etc, and improves wireless coverage inside buildings to capture indoor traffic volumes and revenue streams, which would otherwise be lost. In this report contains the technical description of IBS for the full turnkey mobile telecommunication system design, describing an in-building solution that supports GSM1800 services in the Election commission building and Obontika colortex an election commission building an election commission building. The report also provides information on the network architecture, its design criteria and assumptions, equipment description, including issues on capacity and dimensioning, frequency planning, system interference and spillage control.
