Abstract

The actual picture of infant and child mortality it’s important not only for demographic assessment of the country's population, but also for the design anti evaluation of health programs. Infant anti child mortality is a sensitive indicator of life socio-economic status, nutritional standard and health condition prevailing in a community. This estimate is used for monitoring anti evaluating population and health programs anti policies. Again reproduction is the most significant demographic characteristic of women, which plays a vital role of population changes anti strategies of a country. Its aspects cannot denied in the fertility behavior of a human population. This study aims to investigate the level and trends of infant anti child mortality followed by differentials with respect to some socio-economic, demographic anti maternal health care service utilization characteristics, the bivariate analysis is used to examine significant association of socio-economic, environmental anti demographic factors as the determinants of infant and child mortality……………………………………………..
