Recruitment & Selection Process of Grameen Bank

Abstract

All MBA students at Daffodil International University must complete an internship program. Exposure to practical situations is beneficial. Growth in a professional capacity. My report is based on "Recruitment and Selection Process of Grameen Bank" and I have chosen the bank "Grameen Bank" to International University, Mohammad Shibli Shahriar, guided me as I prepared this report. Nowadays, there is no cover for practical work experience in job requests, as most students only acquire theoretical knowledge during their study period. As a result, before beginning a job, students should have some real work experience in the main area of study related to their desired career.
