Abstract

OneMart thus comes as one of the most sophisticated platforms that are disrupting the market space of home services management. Again, it is developed using the solid MERN stack and utilizes the versatility of React. The frontend is built as a progressive and react js for frontend with the assistance of Tailwind CSS for simplified abstractions. On the backend, Express js enables easy coordination of activities between the users and service providers on the server-side and thus is greatly relied on. MongoDB is used for the database management of data securely and fulfills the functionalities like user profiles, service listing, and real-time updates. OneMart presents a client-oriented model with carefully developed tools that make each stage of service usable and smooth. The live chat sets up an efficient way of addressing the customer’s concerns. An example of this is the appointment booking systems that enable users to check the real-time availability and confirmation of appointments to increase the efficiency of the scheduling. Easy availability and select options are made easier by the incorporation of Google maps, which allows users to search for nearby services. Thus, by considering both usability and security aspects, OneMart not only complies with the existing standards, but goes beyond the expectations of the contemporary consumer who anticipates both efficiency when searching for a particular service, and trustworthy tools for providing services. This dedication to making improvements and enhancing the customers’ experience places OneMart as the pioneers of the home service category as it targets to liberate homeowners with an extensive and easy to use solution. when maintaining traditional values and adapting to the new level of consumers requirements.
