One of the most vital resources on Earth is water. Efficient management of this valuable resource is necessary for developing nations like Bangladesh. This study focuses on the present water pollution situation of Bangladesh and how industrial waste is affecting the country's major rivers. The study also highlights the importance of advanced wastewater treatment technology, such Membrane Bioreactors (MBR). Additionally, the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the Membrane Bioreactors technology in wastewater management.
