A Study of Cyber Bullying Classification Using Social Media and Texual Analysis Based on Machine Learning Approches

In today's world, cyberbullying is a problem that is becoming more and more common, especially among teenagers and young people. The prevalence of social networking sites and other digital communication tools has made it simpler for offenders to harass their victims in secret and without repercussions. Natural language processing (NLP) methods have been used in recent years to categorize instances of cyberbullying and assist identify them. The language used in online conversations is examined using these approaches to look for trends and signs of cyberbullying behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate how well NLP approaches can be used to recognize and categorize cyberbullying behavior. To provide a thorough knowledge of the many types of cyberbullying, the study will use a variety of data sources, including social media posts, chat logs, and other online conversations. Overall, this research will further our knowledge of the intricate nature of cyberbullying and shed light on the potential applications of NLP approaches to lessen its negative impacts.
Challenges and opportunities of CNG conversion business of Rahimafrooz Gastech Limited

Rahimafrooz is one of the respected and reputed business houses in Bangladesh. Rahimafrooz was founded by Late A.C Abdur Rahim in the year of 1954. It consists of nine SBU‟s and several other affiliations. Rahimafrooz Gastech Ltd. (RAGT) is one of the main SBU‟s among them. RAGT started its activities in 2003 and its mission is to be the most admired and trusted organization, by excelling in everything we do, following ethical business practices and adding value to stakeholders. It offers comprehensive solution for vehicle conversion into CNG, CNG refueling stations, sales of station equipments, operation in oil and gas field industry and de-mineralized water. Now RAGT mainly serves customers through converting their vehicles into CNG system and providing them CNG into Quikfills which provides them an opportunity to use an eco-friendly as well as low-priced option as a fuel. To achieve the aim of RAGT is the mission of sales dept. This sales dept. involves with various activities and of all these activities, I had some specific responsibilities as an intern. My job responsibilities includes preparation of daily sales report, sending it to concerned persons, making booking for conversion, updating commissions, making follow up call, involving in sms campaign, preparing presentation for meetings and some other activities. Through this period, I have observed certain facts which can be considered as criticisms. Some suggestions I would like to provide after observing these facts in the sales dept. Faster work execution, more responsiveness of employees, filling up the recent vacant position to make effective work, more potential corporate visits and some other aspects should be implemented according to my suggestions. As the whole conversion business is facing many obstacles so it is very obvious that RAGT is not out of these obstacles. The major challenges the company faces now a days are – discouragement of Govt., CNG price hike, less supply of gas, car price hike, less opportunities for establishment of new gas stations and other challenges. Though they have challenges but still there are some opportunities. Regarding the challenges and opportunities of the sector, I have compared RAGT with competitor company Navana CNG Ltd. Though both the companies have different opinions, but in most cases they think alike. To revive the sector, I mentioned some of my recommendations in the report and I think the foremost role should be played by Govt. to get back the thriving sector.
Deep Learning Based Thoracic X-ray Image Classification

Radiology Image Analysis is a critical sector and this job mostly being done by medical specialists and people expect the highest level of care and service regardless of cost. Due to the complexity and subjectivity of images, it is limited. Widespread variation exists across different interpreters and labor in terms of image interpretation by human experts. My objective is to analyze medical X-ray images using deep learning and utilize images using Pandas, Keras, OpenCV, Tensorflow, etc to obtain a classification of images like Atelectasis, Consolidation, Cardiomegaly, Edema, Effusion, Emphysema, Fibrosis, Hernia, Infiltration, Mass, Nodule, Pleural, Pneumonia, Pneumothorax, Thickening, etc. I have used Convolution Neural Networks(CNN) algorithm because compared to other image classification algorithms CNN have the ability to automatically extract high-level representations from big data using little pre-processing. Ultimately, a simple and efficient model will lead clinicians towards the better diagnostic decision for patients to provide them solutions with good accuracy.

Design and Development of a Web Based Application for Online Event Solution

Whenever we wish to celebrate programs like birthday, marriage etc. ceremony, we need to find information of various restaurants and community centers manually. In that case, any acquaintance need to visit those places and then select a place according to their taste which is a very time consuming process. We pointed out that, there is no website which provides information of all community centers and any good quality restaurants in Dhaka, where we can get this types of information. That’s why we took the initiative to create a website which will provide all these facilities. This interface of the website is totally free to public. By this, any person would be able to choose and select a place for any celebration according to his/her liking from home. When a person visits our website, he will see a page according to his/her selection of celebration type where he/she will see restaurants and community center lists & details according to his/her celebration type. User can also find nearby restaurant and community center details and he/she can compare between nearby and destination restaurants or community centers. User can find locations of restaurants and community centers and if user wants he/she can even book them from home by contacting employee of respective restaurants or community centers. Use can find local popular restaurants and community centers and even they can select popular restaurants and community centers in Dhaka.
Enhancing the Capabilities of IoT Based Fog and Cloud Infrastructures for Time Sensitive Events

Our life is becoming faster day by day by the blessing of the internet of things (IoT). It plays a vital role to reduce the time to complete a computer-based or IT related work. Cloud and fog computing are one of the main elements of IoT which helps to provide service accurately in fewer times. A signiﬁcant portion of the work related to fog and cloud computing indicates that fog computing is better than cloud computing. In this paper, we focus on time sensitive data like brain stroke, heart attack, accident, etc. and use fog computing to send the result to the user as early as possible. We have developed two algorithms in this book. First one is for choosing a fog if the user is in the overlapping portion of fogs. The second one is for user’s location change and ﬁnding the shortest path among many fogs. At simulation part, we have done experiments on brain strokes data as an example of time sensitive data and also demonstrated the comparison between fog and cloud by doing experiments on execution time, energy consumption cost and network usage. The results of simulation experiments depict that regarding time sensitive things fog computing performs better than cloud computing.
Investigating Scope of NoSQL Approach Using Hadoop Platform

With the current emphasis on huge data storing, NoSQL database have surged in popularity. Big data is used for massive data sets having large and complex structure with difficulties of storing, analyzing and visualizing for further results. These databases are claimed to perform better than SQL databases. The primary purpose of this project is to independently investigate the performance of some NoSQL and SQL-based approach. We used maximum, minimum and average operations on keyvalue stores implemented by NoSQL and SQL databases. In these project we used synthetically generated temperature data for experimental purpose.
Karighor: arts and crafts for rural development

Bangladesh is a country rich in culture and native artistic talent. There are many different arts and crafts that have been part of our culture for generations, such as the Jamdani Shari, Nakshi Kantha blankets, sharis and other items, homemade clay pottery with designs, iron utensils, ethnic paintings, pithas, and many more. Artists have been making things for generations but due to lack of exposure they are unable to make their art their full time source of income. As a result a lot of artists are disappearing and changing professions to other more lucrative items. We aim to bridge this gap between exposure of art with the use of an online portal which will help artists in rural areas to showcase their talent and sell their products. We will work with NGO’s and the Government of Bangladesh to provide the services to artists through the local service providers. The Karighor portal categorizes products and helps showcase artists. The fringe benefits is that not only is the profession of arts and native crafts restored, there is also a creation of entrepreneurship for local service providers who want to be part of this system. The objective of this paper is to highlight the problem and provide a solution which can be implemented according to the plan and analysis provided by us.
Project-based teaching-learning in promoting students’ learning in the higher secondary level of education

Project-based learning (PBL) is a holistic teaching-learning approach that focuses on the structure of inquiry that addresses core content through hands-on learning. It is a student-centred approach where learners are prompted to take responsibility of their own education and develop essential skills in the process. The main aim of conducting this research was to learn about the implementation of PBL and how it promotes students’ learning in the higher secondary level of education. Learning more about this teaching-learning approach and its effectiveness could allow future incorporation of this strategy into the current educational practices in the country. In order to conduct my research, a qualitative approach was followed and the data for the study was collected through interviewing research participants, teachers and students, from one of the prominent IB schools in the country. The findings of the research gave me a vivid idea into the current practices of this teaching-learning methodology and the positive impact that it has on students’ overall development. It has enabled me to understand how PBL is implemented in the classroom and how it benefits the learners, not only in terms of acquiring knowledge but also how it helps them to evolve and progress as individuals by building skills such as collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
The need of an HR consultancy organization for employee recruitment process in Bangladesh. (a study on “grow n excel”)

This internship study explores the vital role that HR consulting businesses play in Bangladesh's labor market for hiring new employees. This represents the final project I worked on for my BBA, with a particular emphasis on "The Need for an HR Consultancy Organization for The Employee Recruitment Process in Bangladesh." Using a combination of primary and secondary data sources, the study provides insightful information based on my personal experience as well as reputable research sources. The primary data comes from my observations and daily actions during my three months as an intern at Grow N Excel, one of Bangladesh's top HR consulting firms. Through this thorough experience, I gained significant insight into the inner workings of recruitment and selection operations and was exposed to their practical reality. Grow N Excel's broad clientele, which includes both local businesses and worldwide firms, enhanced my education by exposing me to a variety of recruitment circumstances. The secondary data is the result of a thorough examination of papers and publications, which adds established knowledge to my field observations. My aim has been to create a report that is grounded on practical experience and factual accuracy by integrating several useful data sources. I have a thorough awareness of the opportunities and difficulties present in Bangladeshi hiring through my close interaction with Grow N Excel's talent acquisition division. My motivation to help the team's processes continue to be improved was stoked by this firsthand experience. As a result, the report concludes with a series of strategic recommendations that I believe have the potential to improve the recruitment team's overall efficacy and streamline operations. These ideas are created from my unique perspective. This paper, in short, goes above the requirements of a simple academic assignment. It is proof of my internship experience and provides insightful information on the vital role HR consulting firms play in Bangladesh's rapidly expanding employment market. Moreover, it suggests doable fixes that, in my opinion, are essential to streamlining hiring procedures for both well-known companies like Grow N Excel and the larger Bangladeshi business community.
