VoIP has already become a multi billion dollar industry in the IT world. On the other hand the use of mobile phones in the world has exceeded all estimations. Given these two technologies, we are unfortunate that there is no VoIP support available for mobile phones. The bridge between VoIP and mobile phones is a long way, but an initiative like this paper would surely lay down the roadmap. Mobile phones have several annoying limitations. Limited data transfer rate, processor speed, lack of protocol implementation etc. are the relevant issues for VoIP. This paper addresses the challenges of VoIP and tries to explore ways to overcome those challenges in mobile phones. The language we used for our experiment is JavaME for its simplicity and wide acceptance.Item Simulation Study of High Conversion Efficiency of CdS/CIGS Solar Cell(East West University, 12/18/2016) Salam, Mohammad Abdus; Rifat, Showmik IslamA high efficiency CIGS/CdS solar cell is designed including an intrinsic CIGS layer and a highly doped CIGS as a Graded p-type layer. The designed cell is simulated using industrial grade software SILVACO. With the combination of TCO layer (ZnO), CdS window layer, CIGS Intrinsic layer, the higher conversion efficiency is achieved which is about 20.94%. After introducing graded p-type layer efficiency increased by great extent. In addition to this, with the increase of thickness of intrinsic layer efficiency also increased. At AM 1.5 solar radiation, the proposed cell structure had a Voc of 0.726V, a Jsc of 57.72mAcm-2, a maximum power is 35.27mW/cm2 and a fill factor of 84%, corresponding to an overall efficiency of 29.69%.Item Treatment of shigellosis: III.
