    A Production Report on Influence of Transportation Stress in Broiler

    Transportation stress is a burning issue of modern time. A field study was conducted in broiler to evaluate the stressor as journey time, stocking density, lairage time that cause stress during broiler transportation. Two flocks having 795 and 1000 broilers were weighted to detect body weight loss and examined to detect the different types of injuries that might cause stress in broiler. Injuries during transportation were identified by visual observation and palpation. The observed parameters were rough handling during loading and unloading, less space allowance in crates, ambient temperature, feed withdrawal time, transport and time of distance, mortality rate, loss of body weight & struck of welfare. For identification of risk factors those farm chickens were followed up during transportation from farm to market for sale. The data of different type of injuries (e.g. dislocation of wing, dislocation of leg, laceration of wing & leg) collected. Results with respect to the frequency of weight loss, dislocation of wing, dislocation of leg, laceration of wing & leg were, were approximately 7%, 14.5%, 12.3%, 5.3% & 2.2%, respectively. On the other hand, mortality percentage of adult chicken was found 0.17%. From these findings it can be concluded that chicken are facing a great number of serious injuries during transportation due to long journey time, stocking density that affect mortality rate and production of birds.

    An Expert System Development For Education Using Machine Learning

    Our work is developing a Chatbot using recurrent attention model focuses on developing a model which will be able to generate responses automatically to the questions asked using a number of different machine learning techniques. Expert system development is assisting forstudents as a guideline, being informed of what is happening now in a university, library and its resources information, frequently asked questions for newcomers to know specific information like admission procedure, requirements, address of the faculty members office and so on. Any questions related to a university might provide through chatbot for educational purpose. Chatbot which is a computer program, conversation with human beings by using AI in messaging platforms or in a website. It has own management way of ability setting up discussions include a description of making things convenient how natural language processing executes on it. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an area of research and application that explores how computers understand and manipulate natural language text or speech in order to achieve meaningful results. Through natural language processing, researchers aim to gather knowledge on how people understand, process and make use of language. This is done in such a way that appropriate tools and techniques can be developed to prepare computer systems understand and manipulate natural languages to perform desired tasks. Chatbots, following set of rules and Machine learning, the process through which we conducted in here. The dataset that we had trained, have three main components which are story, questions, and answer. Training data regarding an educational institution on which newcomers along with currently enrolled students may get their required query about what they are asking through the chatbot. Saving time by solving query of desired people’s frequently asked questions in one place is sole purpose of this chatbot

    An In-Silico Identification of Potential Flavonoids against Kidney Fibrosis Targeting TGFβR-1

    Fibrosis is a hallmark of progressive kidney diseases. The overexpression of profibrotic cytokine, namely transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) due to excessive inflammation and tissue damage, induces kidney fibrosis. The inhibition of TGF-β signaling is markedly limited in experimental disease models. Targeting TGF-β signaling, therefore, offers a prospective strategy for the management of kidney fibrosis. Presently, the marketed drugs have numerous side effects, but plant-derived compounds are relatively safer and more cost-effective. In this study, TGFβR-1 was targeted to identify the lead compounds among flavonoids using various computational approaches, such as ADME/T (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion/toxicity) analysis, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation. ADME/T screening identified a total of 31 flavonoids with drug-like properties of 31 compounds, a total of 5 compounds showed a higher binding affinity to TGFβR-1, with Epicatechin, Fisetin, and Luteolin ranking at the top three (-13.58, -13.17, and -10.50 kcal/mol, respectively), which are comparable to the control drug linagliptin (-9.074 kcal/mol). The compounds also exhibited outstanding protein-ligand interactions. The molecular dynamic simulations revealed a stable interaction of these compounds with the binding site of TGFβR-1. These findings indicate that flavonoids, particularly Epicatechin, Fisetin, and Luteolin, may compete with the ligand-binding site of TGFβR-1, suggesting that these compounds can be further evaluated for the development of potential therapeutics against kidney fibrosis. Further, in-vitro and in-vivo studies are recommended to support the current findings.

    Association between different variables causing vulvar myiasis in goat

    Goat is known as poor’s man cow. At the same time it is bear great economic importance in an agricultural based country like us where the economic status of a big chunk of the population depends on livestock industry. But now a day’s vulvar myiasis is a matter of great concern among veterinary fields .Vulvar myiasis has long been recognized as a cause of decreased productivity in the livestock industry due to pathological effects and management costs. A one year eventual study was conducted to detect the prevalence and feasible risk factors of vulvar myiasis in goat in different areas of Chittagong, Bangladesh from July 2016 to July 2017. By taking record from case sheet of SAQTVH and making cross–questioning over animal rearers and with clinical examinations of myiatic cases were identified and the risk factors were distinguished. Total 51 cases were recorded manifesting signs of vulvar myiasis. The prevalence rates of vulvar myasis were goat is 1.12% out of other disease prevalence, among the different variable of vulvar myiasis seasonal prevalence was recorded highest in autumn (47.78%) than cold (12.6%) (p> 0.05) which is significant. Significant difference in the prevalence was recorded with breed, age, sex, wound depthness, temperature and attitude of animal (p ≤0.05). Among different age group of goats 55.56% vulvar myiasis case were positive in above 2 years aged animals where 44.2% case were positive in less than 2 years animals. In breeds variation cross breeds (41.12%) were mostly affected with vulvar myiasis than others where local breeds (28.23%) Jamunapari (21.12%).The study of parity status showed that 2 or more than 2 times parity (64.5%) was likely prone to vulvar myiasis than less than 2 times of parity (35.5%s).The clinical history were recorded from the record sheet including foul odor abscess with wound, breach after delivery and the possible habitual risk factors which can influence to occur vulvar myiasis were bleeding from the septic wound, umbilical infection, dirtiness, fecal and urine contamination, bed sore that had significant (p >0.05).
