So that, Market place is very easy way to both users. In this research paper, I focused on the Benefits of our region E-Commers Market Place. As well as Problem and Solutions. At present Market Conditions in this Sector have been collect Primary and Secondary data to analysis this research paper. This Market has been established as have significant strategic, legal facts of this Business sector. This paper includes with a system, this analysis name is SWOT. This review determines system strength and weakness. This paper reads, I have given some suggestions to clear many problems detection and their solution. Such as I have recommended major problem solution. These are security service, Technology, Digital Payment System, Delivery system.
