An Internship Report on My Internship Journey at Ceda Innovative School
(Daffodil International University, 2025-12-08) Rahman, Md. Ashifur
This internship writing discusses my experience when I taught English at CEDA Innovative School at Savar. I had the opportunity to further combine what I said in theories and experience real life classroom circumstances during my time there. I conducted various classes, observed the behaviors of students, and had a close encounter with the classroom ambience. My primary objective was to observe the reaction of students to various methods of teaching and what I could do to develop my own skills as a teacher. During the internship, I had to practice lesson planning, classroom management, and development communication competencies.I encountered certain difficulties, but I managed to separate them by remaining patient and consulting my supervisor. I have also attempted to make my classes more interactive and welcoming to students so that they could take control and express their thoughts. This report indicates good areas and areas that need improvement in my ability as a teacher. It has as well what I discovered on good teaching procedures, the importance of offering feedback and how classroom collaborations with students can bring a transformation. As a result of this experience, I grew more confident in my teaching activities and received valuable lessons that can be applied to my further career. During this internship experience I have matured as a learner as well as a teacher. It revealed to me that practical teaching can be a tool to develop professional skills and how teaching can be made productive to students.

Fuel Cell Inverter System: A Sustainable Energy Source
(Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Board Bazar, Gazipur-1704, Bangladesh, 2012-11-15) Rahman, Md. Mostafizur; Rahman, Md. Ashifur; Hossain, Md. Shafayet
The necessity of new or alternative power sources gives rise to the fuel cells which can be sustainable energy sources. The research and development in the area of fuel cells are becoming popular day by day due to their various advantages. But the conversion process needs to be modified to connect the fuel cells to the grid. The dc voltage from the cells should be efficiently converted to ac as the voltage gives higher amount of fluctuation. New types of inverters like Z-source inverters which are efficient, EMI noise free and employed to reduce the ac output voltage fluctuation can meet these demands. This type of inverters also eliminates the necessity of additional boost converters. This paper tries to develop an adaptive control mechanism of the Z-source inverters using DSP board (DS- 1104) so that a quality power from fuel cells can be supplied to the grid.
