With the emergence of private universities in Bangladesh, a substantial change has been taking place in the field of higher education for students and entrepreneurs. At present, there are 73 private universities which play a significant role in the tertiary education of Bangladesh and these universities are being regulated by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh under The Private University Act, 2010. Besides, each university has its own leadership style to create competitive advantages which determine their position and success of these universities in this sector. The concept and characteristics of leadership in these private universities cannot be explained in simple words because leadership in the universities is mixed up with rules, regulations, hierarchical structure, friendship, respect, different touch of motivational factors, self-assessment, self-leadership and judgment. It is to mention that not only the concept of leadership, but also the practice of delegation & decentralization of authority in these universities are not revealed. Motivation through Self-leadership: An emerging trend of the leaders of private universities
(Daffodil International University, 2007-07-01) Parvez, Mahbub; Iqbal, Mohammed Masum
To lead others one has first to lead oneself. In describing leadership as a “process of influencing others,” self-leadership can be seen as a process of “influencing ourselves.” This influencing behavior, in our view, can be described as a learning behavior and is the very heart of leadership development. The keystone of self-leadership is to know what one wants to become or achieve. Leaders of an organization play the vital role to achieve organizational goal. With the emergence of Private Universities in Bangladesh a change has been taking place in the field of higher education. Within a very short span of time these universities played a significant role in the higher education market of Bangladesh. Conventionally every university has a hierarchical structure. Apart from this traditional hierarchy there are some patterns of leading people which involve honoring each other, friendship and respect, different touch of motivational factors, self assessment and self leadership judgment. Leaders motivate themselves first to motivate others. This paper tries to identify the level of self leadership in the private universities of Bangladesh and it is observed that 80.12 percent leaders of the private universities motivate themselves through self-leadership process. 7.57 percent leaders are in neutral position and 12.30 percent leaders are not much concerned about the process of self-leadership.

(©Daffodil International University, 2020-12-04) Sufian, Abu; Parvez, Mahbub
Covid-19 has changed the world tremendously and this change will persist for years. Its impact on world tourism is strongly felt. However, it has been predicted that five sectors including domestic tourism will boom in the post-Covid period, making the economy vibrant. Recently, the UN Secretary General has mentioned that tourism will be the best weapon to combat economic crisis in the post-Covid world. Various researches and statistics have revealed that in the post-Covid period, possibly up to December 2022, people will go for outings covering a distance from 161 to 482 kilometers. As holiday making will be people's first choice, domestic tourism will gain a momentum. UNWTO has already indicated that domestic tourism traffic will begin soon. The tourism of Bangladesh is most likely to flourish in the post-Covid period. There are multifarious reasons for this. Bangladesh is called the Unique Delta of 7 Tourist Attractions (FTA) which includes river, sea, mountain, forest, history-heritage-culture, seasonal variation and hospitality. Bangladesh figures best in 7TA. Tourism industry provides employment opportunities for a huge number of people. One hundred eighty million people of Bangladesh, where 60 percent is youth, may massively enjoy its benefits. The tourism potential can really be "a penalty shoot" for the country. The present research investigates the tourism scenario of Covid-19 Bangladesh, presenting a three dimensional analysis (academic, professional and observer), with seven steps and relevant policy activities.

This paper attempts to solve such problems using techniques of integration and makes a comparison with the results obtained by the classical algebraic method and finds no error.
