    Activities of General Banking: An Overview of Bank Asia Limited

    This paper evaluates the general banking activities of private commercial banks in Bangladesh, focusing on Bank Asia Limited, Uttara Branch. It uses both primary and secondary data gathered through observation, interviews, and official documents. The study highlights the bank’s origin, services, and technological advancements, including online and mobile banking. It outlines the structure of the report, covering the background of banking in Bangladesh, an overview of BAL, and its general banking functions. A SWOT analysis and performance review of the Uttara Branch are included. The report also shares the author's internship experience, observed issues, and suggestions for improvement. Overall, it critically reviews the operational efficiency of BAL’s general banking division.

    Customer Retention Strategy of MM(Multi Mind) Knit Garments Ltd

    is project paper explores the customer retention strategies adopted by MM (Multi Mind) Knit Garments Ltd, a Bangladesh-based export-oriented garment manufacturer. With rising global competition, retaining international buyers has become essential for long-term sustainability. The study examines the company’s relationship marketing techniques, product quality assurance, timely delivery practices, and post-sales communication with clients. Data were gathered through interviews and document reviews. Findings suggest that personalized service, consistent quality, and transparent communication are key factors in maintaining buyer loyalty. The paper concludes with recommendations for strengthening customer engagement, including digital tracking systems and feedback loops to improve overall client satisfaction in the highly competitive knitwear market.

    Janata Bank Limited and It’s General Banking Activities

    Janata Bank Ltd is a commercial Bank which is one of the most popular and largest banks in Bangladesh. The Bank started its operation from 1972, during this time it has improved its image in the society as a commercial Bank. Now it has 909 branches in Bangladesh and 04 overseas branches. All branches are situated in the highly demanded areas and rural areas. In this report I analysis the general banking activities, This report is not only explores Janata Bank’s activities as one of the leading government companies, but also highlights the performance of this bank.
