On the off chance that the HR are overseen appropriately, they can add to the accomplishment for the organization. The powerful administration of human asset is conceivable through the execution of sound HRM rehearses. The primary target of this examination is contemplating the effect of HRM rehearses on representative execution with regards to solidify industry in Bangladesh. For this reason the analysts have attempted to examine effect of the different segments of HRM rehearses on worker execution. The information were examined by a relapse examination to decide the effect of HRM rehearses on representative execution. The outcome shows that preparation and improvement and open door for vocation advancement have a critical positive effect on worker exhibitions. Then again, Performance evaluation, Compensation and Benefits, and Leadership Practices positively affect worker execution however the effect isn't critical with regards to solidify industry in Bangladesh. In addition, work life balance negatively affects representative's presentation. Besides, proficient administration of HR can expand the exhibition of the representatives of the concrete organizations in Bangladesh.
