The report also highlights the company’s history, vision, mission, values, and the operational style of the HR Admin & CSR department. It integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, sharing insights from the author’s internship experience. Detailed evaluations, observations, and recommendations are provided to enhance HR practices. The appraisal system includes job analysis, workload review, and business process assessments. The report concludes with the official format now adopted by the company.
