An analysis of the HRIS development & requirements for the HR division of Dhaka Bank Limited

The Report describes the internship program conducted by the human resources department of Dhaka Bank Limited. As an intern, my responsibilities included assisting my line managers and supervisors with a range of tasks that were assigned as well as other recruitment and selection operations. All of my work has been done with the supervision of my inspirational boss, Md. Shofiur Rahman, vice president of Dhaka Bank Limited's HRD division and a fantastic leader who encourages young people like us. The report's objective is to examine the effects of the HRIS system and the development needs for Dhaka Bank Limited's HRD division. I work in the recruitment and selection area, and I also try to communicate each HR professional how to use the HRIS system to carry out their tasks. Based on the quantitative and qualitative facts that are currently accessible to the firm, a result is offered. Additionally, while my time there, i collected a significant amount of information and questionnaires from the HRD department staff, who serve as my primary source for learning about the HRIS system because they regularly use it. The level of satisfaction among employees and compliance with the knowledge requirements of the business determine effectiveness. The research is based on secondary and primary data that HRD and Dhaka Bank Ltd. both gave. The data has been analyzed depending on the opinion analysis after conversations with all HRD department personnel regarding the HRIS system and seeing how they use this software on a regular basis. In order to fully comprehend this idea, they also participate in parts of the work realistically . Based on these findings, I tried to do further study to improve Dhaka Bank Limited's HRIS system. The report's findings indicated that HRIS systems are particularly useful for enabling staff to do HR tasks quickly and efficiently. I may have introduced that they are succeeding due of the HRIS system after gathering data via survey questionnaires and employee progress rate data from HRD. Employees are picking up new abilities and information. Here, we can see measurable employee effect and advancement. Their output is rising, but there are still a few difficulties or problems they frequently encountered when utilizing HRIS that require solutions.

Contemporary Practices of E-commerce in Bangladesh

E-commerce means buying and selling product and transmittal of the funds through electronic network. E-commerce consists of different technologies, including online fund transfer, electronic data interchange, Inventory management, Internet marketing, automated data collection systems, etc. The government of Bangladesh initiates lots of programs for enhancing the development of technologies in the field of business. The government also provides facilities for the business organization as well as other organizations to adopt digital technologies. There are both primary and secondary data used in this study. The research was conducted from January to May of 2021 surveying with a questionnaire involving 452 samples. Some simple statistical tools; pie-chart, bar diagram and tables were used to analyze data and present the result. The findings include use of social media for purchasing, purpose of use of internet, reliability of purchasing from internet, preference of mobile app, opinion about high speed internet, growth of e-commerce, purchase frequency and motivational factors for online purchase.
Tri-modal ensemble for enhanced Bangla sign language recognition

Sign language is the most common method of communication for people with disabling hearing loss. Bangladesh, where BdSL is prominently used among the disabling people, finds communicating with the general mass challenging. Thus, a system to understand BdSL accurately and efficiently has become a popular demand. Deep learning architectures such as CNN, ANN, RNN, and Axis Independent LSTM can interpret Bangla Sign Language into readable digital wording. Commonly, an image-based sign language recognition system contains a recording camera that continuously sends images to a model. The model then provides a prediction based on those images. However, it creates a lot of uncertainty variables, such as the lighting issue, noisy background, skin color, and hand orientations. To this end, we propose a procedure that can reduce this uncertainty variable by considering three different modalities, spatial information, skeleton awareness, and edge awareness. We propose three image pre-processing techniques and integrate three convolutional neural network models. Finally, we tested out nine different ensemble meta-learning algorithms where five of the algorithms are modifications of averaging and voting techniques. As a result, our proposed model achieved higher training accuracy at 99.77%, 98.11%, and 99.30% than any other state-of-the-art image classification architectures except for ResNet50 at 99.87%. We achieved the highest accuracy of 95.13% on the testing set. This research shows that considering multiple modalities can improve the system’s overall performance.

Sometimes people visit a new area, then he/she needs Mosque, Temple, Bank, Office, ATM booth or any kinds of location area surround the current area in the city. This app is helpful is to finding any ATM Booths, Hospital, Mosque, Public Toilet, Hotel and Restaurant, Super shop and Malls, Pharmacy, Historical place, Important office. Location-based services (LBS) provide mobile clients with personalized services according to their current location. They also open a new area for developers, cellular service network operators, and service providers to develop and provide value-added services: advising clients of current traffic conditions, providing routing information, helping the users to find nearby shopping malls or other location maps. LBS works with a GPS tracking system. This app provides a secured location facility system its community can be accessed at any place. Our LSB apps have some special features like Chatting apps, Ride sharing, Notification remainder and also map finder.
