Item Clarification of a unique mucosal vaccination route for improved systemic and mucosal immune response in broiler(Heliyon, 2024-10) Akter, Rupa; Masum, Abdul; Biswas, Subrato; Rubel, Zahir Uddin; Sarkar, Sujan Kumar; Islam, Mohammad Saiful; Golbar, Hossain M.; Alam, Emtiaj; Rakib, Abdur; Khan, Zahirul IsalmThere are often outbreaks of infectious diseases on farms, which not only disrupt production but also cause significant economic losses. Vaccines are given to prevent the spread of these infectious diseases, but they produce only systemic antibodies or antibodies in the mucosa of a particular system. So, a new mucosal vaccination route is needed where the vaccine will produce antibodies in the systemic circulation as well as in the mucosa of many systems. In our study, the cloaca was targeted because it is associated with the mucosa of many systems. Whole-mount and routine histological staining show both lymphatic nodules and diffuse lymphatic tissues in the lamina propria of cloaca. These lymphatic tissues are made up of Bu-1+ B-cells, CD3 T-cells, and KUL01+ macrophages and monocytes. So, this is a new mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, named cloaca-associated lymphoid tissue (CALT). The CALT contains antigen-presenting cells (dendritic cells, macrophages, B cells, MHC II molecules, and T cells) and is equipped with blood vessels and high endothelial venules, which indicate its functional status. More antibodies were produced in the treatment group compared to the vehicle control group after administration of the infectious bursal disease (IBD) and the Newcastle disease (ND) vaccine through cloaca. In addition, the cloaca-associated route produces a higher number of antibodies than the other traditional routes, which reveals the uniqueness of this route. Cloacal-vaccinated chickens showed less damage to the follicle and epithelium of the bursa of Fabricius compared to other groups, indicating its lower cytotoxic effect. Therefore, the cloaca-associated mucosal vaccination route produces more antibodies than other mucosal vaccination routes, which will protect the chickens on the farm to a greater extent. +Item Criminal Accountability and Juvenile Offenders :(Centre for Research on Islamic Management and Business, 2015-12) Islam, Mohammad SaifulThe perception of offence, judicial method, justice and penalty prescribed in sharia is different from the secular law. Important things like living in a place or scientific experiments depends on weather of that particular area or state or room. For these, people need atmospheric measurements of temperature, humidity, pressure etc. and these information is providing by weather stations. This paper describes the approach to set up a weather station based on Arduino. The main attributes of this weather station is to measure the surrounding atmospheric readings of weather. These readings will be collected by some sensors which are temperature and humidity sensor (THD), barometric pressure sensor. A wifi module is also used in this weather station to maintain a connection to the internet to get more informations like sunrise, sunset, rainfall and wind speed . All these readings will be displayed on a LCD display and every steps of this station is directed by an arduino mega microcontroller. A matrix keypad is used in here to help the users to view the readings of current weather update, predictions of today and tomorrow easily. Also this weather station is powered by solar panel.Item Dynamicity of Behavior of IT Users in Bangladesh: A Study on Dhaka Metropolitan City(Eastern University, 2011-07-01) Haidar, Md. Thiazolidinediones (TZDs) has high affinity to PPAR- receptors. But TZD scaffolds in antidiabetic drugs is responsible for fluid retention, weight gain, bone fractures, liver failure, hypoglycemia and allergic skin reaction. Investigators are searching for novel antidiabetic drugs with higher affinity and minimum side effects. Nowadays. phytochemicals are becoming promising compounds for health benefits. In this study, 11 limonoids (non-TZD) nomilin, obacunone, obacunoic acid, ichagin, limonite A- ring lactone, limonin, calamine, cyclocalamin, limonol, limonin and 17-beta-D-glucopyranoside have been analyzed via docking studies. Among them obacunone, limonite-A- ring lactone, nomilin. 7-alpha obacunol and limonol have demonstrated good binding affinity with PPAR- γ receptor that are promising lead antidiabetic compounds.Item Modernization Of Madrasah Education In Bangladesh: A New Approach For Future Development(The Regional Seminar On The Islamic Higher Education Institutions 2012 (Seipti 2012)”, 2012) Islam, Mohammad SaifulThe role of Madras education in Muslim communities is significant in developing nations.
