Item Behavioral analysis of amplifier in long haul communication system: Performance analysis of EDFA and Raman amplifier using soliton pulse in long haul communication system(Association for Computing Machinery, 2015) Islam, Md.S.,; Al Amin, A.,In the age of advancement in each and every sector of scientific achievement, communication sector have proved a radical improvement both in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness. For several reasons, especially for communicating in case of long distance communication which is termed as long haul communication, amplifiers are used for improving the efficiency of transmitted data through the communication medium which is typically optical fiber. Several types of amplifiers are used in these cases such as, EDFA (Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier), Raman Amplifier etc. In this research study, the performance of EDFA and Raman Amplifier has been studied through an optical virtual environment in case of long haul communication. The specified optical virtual environment is created in a software (OptiSystem V-13) which has led the researcher to get the simulated results. Power Spectrum, BER (Bit Error Rate) and Quality Factor (QF) have been observed to analyze the performance of these two amplifiers.Item Optimizing channel capacity for B5G with deep learning approaches in MISO-NOMA-HBF and BFNN 1 of 1(Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science, 2024-06-25) Masud, M.A.; Al Amin, A.,; Islam, Md.S.,; Mostafa, V.; Wahiduzzaman, Md.This study proposes the integration of a beamforming neural network (BFNN) and multiple-input single-output based non-orthogonal multiple access (MISO-NOMA) with hybrid beamforming (HBF) for cell edge users (CEU) in a millimeter wave (mmWave)-based beyond 5G cellular communication system. This system is referred to as MISO-NOMA-HBFBFNN. The proposed scheme has been implemented to support multiple users simultaneously and also to considerably enhance and significantly improve the overall the sum channel capacity (SC) and user channel capacities. Additionally, the simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed MISO-NOMA-HBF-BFNN scheme over the existing MISO-NOMA with HBF and MISO-OMA with HBFBFNN based schemes in terms of user capacities and SCItem Performance analysis of soliton and Gaussian Pulse in long haul communication(Association for Computing Machinery, 2015-09-25) Al Amin, A.,; Islam, Md.S.,; Paul, S.,; Tahmid, I.In recent days, optical communication has been playing a vital role in the communication sector because of its high speed transmission and larger efficiency. Especially in case of long haul communication, optical transmission of data is much more efficient than other means of communication systems. But, in long haul communication usage of amplifiers is making the whole system quite expensive. So, minimization of numbers of amplifiers with optimal transmission efficiencyis one of the major research topics of current days. In this research paper, two types of optical pulses have been used to analyze performance in long haul communication in a virtual environment (Software). Here, it has been shown that, using Soliton pulse allows using less number of Optical Amplifiers rather than Gaussian Pulse for maintaining optimum optical transmission efficiency. Using both of the optical pulses, Quality Factor and Bit Error Rate (BER) has been compared and analyzed.Item Reliability checking for digital modulation schemes in 4G - 5G communication system: Comparison between QPSK and QAM modulation techniques for beyond LTE(Association for Computing Machinery, 2015-09-27) Islam, Md.S.,; Al Amin, A.,; Paul, S.,; Tahmid, I.In recent days, there have been a race among the communication systems in different schemes and generations. Day by day the data transmission rate is increasing and breaking the record of previous generations. Now, people are thinking of transmitting data beyond imagination. Also, engineers and scientists are also stepping forward for transmitting in a huge range of data. In recent times, 4th Generation and 5th Generation communication system are on transitional state. 4th Generation is almost getting replaced with 5th Generation communication architecture. For LTE and beyond LTE communication system several types of digital modulation schemes are used. Among them QPSK and QAM are quite frequently used. In this research paper, comparative analysis over simulation in a virtual environment (Simulink Based) for these two types of digital modulation schemes in 4G and beyond 4G communication architecture. In both of the cases, BER (Bit Error Rate) with respect to SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) have been compared for the better and efficient output.
