    An Assessment of Borrower Satisfaction of Micro Finance Services in Grameen Bank of Bangladesh

    Purpose: This study is aimed to determine the nature and dimensions of microfinance service and to have an understanding on borrower satisfaction level using various determinants of Grameen bank in Bangladesh. Methodology: This analysis of the study is based on primary data collected from 312 respondents who are the borrowers of Grameen bank. Five point likert scale questionnaire is used for quantification and chi-square test is used for the analysis. Findings: The results indicate that economic conditions of the borrowers, their income, and loan facilities of the bank, interest rates on the funds, insurance policy of the bank, transparent transactions, and bankers’ behavior with the borrowers have significant influence on borrower satisfaction. The study has also drawn some inferences such as reducing the interest rate, arranging training programs for their officials, giving individual borrower attention, improving customer service department etc. to foster better banking services for superior borrower satisfaction. Limitations: The research study has focused on six districts in Bangladesh. This could be extended to more areas. Time period for the study could also be extended. Practical Implications: The outcomes of the study would be helpful in formulating customer services policies and improving the quality of services to ensure much satisfaction to the borrowers for future growth. Originality: This study mainly focuses on the core customers in microfinance sector and as the prevailing level of satisfaction is very much important to sustain the market, this study has been done with direct intersection with the borrowers.

    Design and Implementation of an Online Restaurant System

    Our project “Online Restaurant System” is a development website that will be great support for people whose are going to restaurant. Most of the people goes to many restaurants and many of them search online facility for order foods to stay at home. In most of the restaurants are not comfortable and pleasant for the customers. They will have to make long queues in most of the time before they place orders. After placed the order, the User have to wait for food to ready. In most cases Users are despondent in restaurant because they cannot get available seat properly. User can easily book table and order any food items as desire before going to the restaurants by our project. People have to complete a simple registration and login for order foods. They can get their table and foods on due time without any waiting. They can get various types of payment option to pay their bill. We hope user will be get very much advantages with our project and don’t have to waste their valuable time anymore.

    Financial Performance Analysis of Kohinoor Chemical Company Limited

    This internship report highlights the work experience I gathered from June 15, 2019 to September 15, 2019 as an intern in Kohinoor Chemical CO (BD) LTD's Accounts and Finance Department. Since 1954, Kohinoor Chemical CO (BD) LTD is one of Bangladesh's oldest companies. It is also known to people for its famous TIBET brand. From 1954, this company takes its market share. It's very happy to say I've been working as an intern at this agency. I also share this report because of my 3-month internship experience. The report actually renders Kohinoor Chemical Company Limited's financial performance review for 2014-2018. The report includes an overview of the ratio (operating ratio, liquidity ratio, operation ratio, productivity ratio and leverage ratio), the company's financial balance sheet and income statement. Kohinoor Chemical Company Limited's main business is the consumer brand. And the last part describes how Kohinoor Chemical Company Limited figures out their present situation difference between the previous conditions and also has advice on how to cope with their problem.
