The concern of this report is the administration operation wheel of ACI LTD. The main purpose of the report is to elaborate the Administration operation functions of ACI done by the corporate administration department. The corporate administration department mainly takes care of all the materialistic issues and services. This is a support department of the ACI Ltd. the department does a lot of works to keep a smooth flow of all kind of support activities of all business and departments of ACI Ltd. for their smooth operation they have organized their work in two types which are Mandatory and Productivity increase work. The mandatory works are must and regular job of the department. Productivity increased works are also must but those are mainly done for improving the overall productivity of ACI Ltd. The mandatory jobs are like building maintenance, protocol services, safety & security services, transportation & canteen management, staff transportation service etc. However, productivity increase works are like service staff management, maintaining reception, mobile, premium relations, event management etc. The administration department is doing their work very successfully with their very efficient employees. However, there are some drawbacks of this department according to me such as lack of enough manpower. In spite of all, this report contains some limitations. A part of the report carries out SWOT Analysis that touches upon strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the administration department. Internship is a mandatory program that all the Bachelor’s students need to complete and it was mandatory for me to complete my graduation. As today’s business environment is dynamic which keeps changing so it is very hard for a student of Bachelor of Business Administration to analyze the critical job environment. For that reason it is quite mandatory to go through the practical knowledge at the same time theoretical knowledge. So that I can go to the corporate world with full confident and can be successful in that life. After completing my four years Bachelor of Business Administration program, I was sent to have practical knowledge in real job environment as a part of my academic program as I already had all the theoretical knowledge about different things. In this internship report I tried to focus my practical knowledge regarding Sales of both import and export of KUEHNE + NAGEL Bangladesh Limited. My internship topic is “B2B Business Strategies of Freight Forwarding Industries in Bangladesh and their Operation - An in Depth Study of KUEHNE + NAGEL Bangladesh Ltd.”. Here in this internship report I tried to cover the aspects of sales and operation process of KUEHNE + NAGEL Bangladesh Limited. At the point when a business chooses to export or import their items they before understand that they need to manage the various obstacles that must be defeated to deliver the item to the end client. By and large, a business will look to a master, called a freight forwarder, who can deal with these barriers. Bangladesh is a developing nation however meanwhile it contributes little projection of general exchange volume. Characterization of the sand of Brahmaputra river of Bangladesh

The aim of this paper is to study on the mineralogy, morphology, magnetic property and composition of the sand of Brahmaputra River, Bangladesh. The sand has been collected from randomly selected seven places and separated by High Intensity Rolling Magnetic Separator into three fractions, viz. magnetic, para-magnetic and non-magnetic parts. The identifications of the valuable heavy minerals existing in these fractions have been performed. The valuable heavy minerals in the separated fractions have been counted under reflected and polarizing microscope and it is found that the magnetic fraction contains ilmenite, magnetite and garnet. The major grain size fraction of the magnetic fraction is 125 - 250 μm (57.18%). Zircon, rutile, xenotime, monazite, sillimanite etc. have been counted in other two fractions. X-ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Isodynamic Separator have been applied for mineral assessment and to quantify the relative proportion of mineral species.

I have got a great opportunity to complete my internship in the most renowned bank in Bangladesh, Agrani Bank Limited. As a Human Resource Management student it was a great experience to me to work in Agrani Bank as an intern. I am also very much thankful to all my mentors and supervisors who have helped to learn every general banking methods, rules and regulations properly. In this report I have included all my practical experience and learning along with company profile, mission- vision and company structure. I have elaborately mentioned the customer support and satisfaction level of Agrani bank along with the statistical studies that I’ve were given through my interview of customers. The questionnaires of my interview are attached within the appendix. I also delivered bibliography from where i have taken all the secondary records about Agrani Bank. I hope this report will give everyone a brief idea about Agrani Bank Limited’s customer service operation and their satisfaction level.
Different campaigns of Pathao Ltd

Pathao Ltd. is the fastest growing technology startup in Bangladesh having services across Ride sharing, Food delivery, Parcel and Courier verticals. The company was founded in 2015 by a group of young entrepreneurs which quickly became a nationwide brand and cult. The company was recently funded by Gojek, an Indonesia based motorcycle ride sharing company. Initially, the company started its operations as a parcel delivery company with an android application for the service delivery process. The company quickly resorted to the aforementioned verticals and is now the leading player in the ride sharing market for motorcycles and quickly over taking the cars ride sharing market from Uber South Asia, recently acquired by Singapore based Grab. The competition will be fierce in the coming few months. Pathao was able to break the game in the end of 2016 where the technology touched millions and now is a part of everyone’s life, whether anyone is commuting to work or simply ordering food from home. As a content writer and analyst and having significant exposure to marketing theories, I have highlighted how Pathao became a brand through all the marketing content that binds all of their milestones and notable communications. Facebook is the only platform where companies, even before they are officially launched are incepted to let people know how a company should function and the services they can offer. Except this, I have also highlighted all my content related work and the integrated campaigns that I have worked on. The report focuses on the different content that I wrote and worked on, with explanation as to how the page engaged with the massive audience from 5th June to 1st August, 2018. Along with that, there is also a significant emphasis on how the company functions across all its verticals, i.e. Pathao Rides, Pathao Food and Pathao Parcel. Being a content writer and promotion planner at the marketing team, there were significant responsibilities where content creation is the primary objective following Pathao’s brand guidelines and keeping the Pathao style across all the content that has been sent out to communicate across online and offline mediums. Finally, I have offered some recommendation as to how Pathao, as a brand can communicate in a more efficient way rendering their service delivery process by keeping their communications warm, humane and friendly.
E-commerce industries in Bangladesh and their services: a study on Shohoj Limited

Internship is an obligatory prerequisite to conclude the prestigious graduation program at BRAC University. As a student of the well-reputed university, it is highly imperative that I am aware and prepared for the real world after graduation. And Shohoj Limited was the perfect platform to practice for that experience. Not only have I been able to make experiences in the corporate world, I have been blessed with the ability to practice my knowledge of the four years course. In today’s world, the real markets experience rapid and fast paced movements which often knowledge doesn’t cover. Hence gathering the practical understanding in Shohoj Limited has been a great competitive edge for me as it is an e-commerce business which is a booming industry in Bangladesh. In this report, at first, I have provided a brief overview of the E-Commerce Industry in which it functions which is crucial to comprehend at first to gain a more knowledgeable insight into the operations of Shohoj Limited. Next, I have tried to explain the structure of their organization which is very integrated and is dependent on one another for the process to flow smoothly. After the above, I have also tried to reflect on my day to day experience of working in the sales department by elaborately discussing various services they provide and particularly the processes maintained to sell their current electronic services as well as services aimed to expand into by Shohoj Limited. This report also emphasizes on the challenges Shohoj Limited imposes as well as is faced with in the current market and the future and proposed my views which I believe would be helpful for this fairly new company in progressing forward. Lastly and most importantly I have mentioned all my experiences and learnings from working at Shohoj Limited which is the main purpose of this report.

Commercial banks have a fundamental impact in the economic advancement of a nation. As a completely operational commercial bank BRAC Bank Limited has developed as a market pioneer in the private banking sector, changing the example of SME financing by achieving unexplored market niches. This report is set up as a requirement for the successful fulfillment of my internship program at BRAC Bank Limited (Head Office). After completing internship session of three months in Learning and Development department at HR division of BRAC Bank Limited (Head-office), I have prepared this report with my practical experience, findings and knowledge I have gained during the internship period. This report is based on “HR Processes development in Learning and Development department under SME Banking Division of BRAC Bank”. The organizations of BRAC Bank are basically fragmented into three divisions: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking and SME Banking. I worked HR sector of SME division’s under Learning and Development department. Their HR has mainly two big departments. 1. Learning and Development Department 2. Recruitment and Selection Department. So mainly I focused here on Learning and Development’s work as I worked there as an intern. HR division of BRAC Bank works to make the employee engagement better. Learning and Development department of BBL has been working on Training Programs, evaluation process and development techniques to enhance the performances of the employee Customer Relationship Officer / CRO’s play a major role in SME banking sector of BRAC Bank. Therefore, they are provided with various kinds of trainings, examinations to facilitate their engagement with the organization. The specific objective of this report is to acquire a practical knowledge and personal observation about the overall HR procedure especially in learning and development sector of BRAC Bank Limited. SME Financing of BRAC Bank limited has achieved international recognition. It has been awarded as ‘Best Bank for SME” in a magazine of Hong Kong. It is one of the fastest growing banks in Bangladesh. So BBL works hard on the development of their employee’s performance, thus the bank spends a huge amount of money on their Training and development Programs to ensure effective input from their employees into the organization. Learning and development team of BRAC Bank play the major role to reach out to the clients of SME banking. So, it is a great responsibility to the Learning and Development department of BBL to ensure the engagement of HR processes with the organizations policy and make polish them in a certain way so that they can contribute to the growth of SME financing.
Impact of corporate social responsibilities on employee perception of Mutual Trust Bank Limited

These report has been made as part of final report based on my perceptions and experiences regarding the corporate social responsibilities performed by Mutual Trust Bank Limited. Initially, the report shows some essential information regarding the company. Moreover, some of my work during the internship period has been explained that convinced to continue my report on CSR. The second part summarizes the importance and opportunity of the study that has been focused mainly during the whole research. However, after giving the information about the survey, I have gone through several other scholar papers to understand the topic in details and in the ‘Literature Review’ mentioned some of researchers views on the ‘Impacts of Corporate Social Responsibilities on employee perception’, how it creates employee engagement, attachment and retention. Later, I have also proposed a theory through hypotheses based on the investigation. Furthermore, by conducting all test through SPSS software, analyzing all factors and test of reliability has been done to verify the significance of the research. Finally, the findings from the analysis and company with some suggestions has been written to be considered by the company.
Implementation of the integrated work system in the secondary manufacturing department of British American Tobacco Bangladesh

British American Tobacco is one of the leading and prominent multinational companies not only in Bangladesh but also globally. British American Tobacco is constantly innovating and producing world class products to satisfy their consumers At the very beginning of the report I have given an overview of British American Tobacco Bangladesh and its history. It will give the readers a clear idea about British American Tobacco Bangladesh’s legacy and its mission and vision. In the next part I have provided an Organizational structure of the company. Which will give the readers a clear idea about the structure of the company as well as the management team. Next part of the report contains an overview of all the functions British American Tobacco Bangladesh has and how they operate together. I have also provided our brands and products profiles which will give a clear idea about our current brands and products in the market. In the next part I have given a detailed overview of the Integration Work System (IWS) of BATB specifically in the secondary manufacturing department of the organization. This was my main concentration of my internship program. This is the basic work system British American Tobacco Bangladesh follows and maintains across all the wings of the Production and Manufacturing department of under Operations. I was highly involved in this system and the way of work. In this part I mentioned and described what IWS is and how it works. In the following part I have given my day to day activities in British American Tobacco. I have given a detailed and comprehensive overview of my involvement with British American Tobacco Bangladesh over the last three months. I have mentioned and the limitations and learnings in the last part of the report. I have also tried to come up with few suggestions from my observations which I believe can be helpful to British American Tobacco Bangladesh.
New dimension for corporate responsibility: digital ecosystem and how Banglalink is engaging in entrepreneurship communities

As one of the largest telecom operators, Banglalink is creating impact by revolutionizing the telecom sectors for years. Being a technology driven company it always supports innovation. It also acts out of corporate responsibility. Since, it is a technology driven company, it is continuously engaging itself in the growing digital ecosystem of Bangladesh. At the beginning of the report I have given an overview of Banglalink with its history. This will give the readers a clear idea about the origin of the company, shareholders, and management body. I also mentioned the CSR activities undertaken by Banglalink. In the next part, I provided my rationale of the study on choosing my topic for the report. This part is followed by the scope of the study and statement of the problem where I pointed the problem and mentioned why I think this as a problem. This part also includes the research question of the study. After that, I provided review on two literatures that I have studied for my internship report. In the next part, I mentioned the methodology of the data collection for this report. After that I mentioned the CR activities of Banglalink on digital ecosystem. This was one of the major parts of this report. It shows the number of activities Banglalink currently has for digital ecosystem and how Banglalink is engaging in the ecosystem through these projects. After that I mentioned my tasks undertaken during the internship period. I mentioned my day to day tasks as well as the projects I was involved in. In the next part I provided the analysis of the research. In This part I showed tables, data and provided explanations and justifications. In the following part I have showed my findings from the research. I also tried to provide recommendations to mitigate the problem mentioned earlier in the introduction part, which, I believe, will be helpful for Banglalink.
Project management process of Engineering and Site Services (ESS) at British American Tobacco Bangladesh

The purpose of this internship report is to analyze the whole process of Project Management system as a sub department of Operation’s. As, planning is the first step of success hence, preparing adequate plans for a project execution is a very crucial matter. British American Tobacco Bangladesh has delivered outstanding performances throughout the history so, there must be a solid and valid proposition of their project management process. In the first part of the report I have tried to reflect an effective overview of British American Tobacco Bangladesh as a successful business venture along with its history, vision, mission, Organizational organogram and many more. The second part talks specifically about the whole cycle of project management where I worked in, my job responsibility, learnings during this 3 months internship period, challenges that I have faced, ways through which I have successfully overcome those problems and some recommendations from my limited understanding. In the analysis and Interpretation part I have included the flowcharts of working process of different projects, samples of my work tenure, graphs and a lot of detailed information’s. Operations Department is the largest department of British American Tobacco Bangladesh. As a sub division, Engineering has played a major role to construct the projects more efficiently. The whole procedure has been shown in the report step by step so that the reader can have a clear idea how this project management team works. After being a part of this company for last three months I have collected a lot of information’s regarding the Cigarette production and how the whole organization works. Project management is a very important role for this company as they deal with all the Civil engineering, facilities and other functional constructional works. The preparation is for the factories as well. This report is indeed a very valuable source to gather information about the cycle of project management system of Engineering and Site Services.

This report is a detailed overview of my internship journey at X Solutions Limited. During my Internship I have learned a lot about Digital Marketing and its different applications. I have known about the work flow of marketing agencies along with the functions the department performs. I have learned to work in a corporate space which not only enriched me professionally but also helped me grow personally as well. My contribution was appreciated by my supervisor and other members of the department. The career path I would be selecting for myself is quite influenced from my internship as I have had a great opportunity to practically see how digital marketing sector is working and evolving in Bangladesh. However, this report has been written in a short time. I have tried my level best to make it meaningful by reflecting my works at the X Solutions Limited. Also, I have summarized my overall experience, with my learning and challenges faced as an intern.
