Career Choice Decisions by Business Students: A Study on Some Private Universities in Bangladesh

Career perhaps turns into the most significant concern for students and professionals at the present time. Exploring the desired career in the developing countries like Bangladesh is no my simple. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors influencing the business gradates' career choice. The primary data have been collected from business graduate students studying in 10 different universities in Bangladesh. Several statistical techniques of SPSS software package have been applied to cony out this study. The present research endorses the validity of new measures of career exploration. The study reveals that personal attributes, institutional attributes, educational arrangement and socio-economic condition have profound impact on finding the desired career in Bangladesh. The outcomes of this research have extensive implications for the students. educational institutions and policy makers. The findings of the current research suggest that modernization of teaching soles, providing standard study materials and career counseling to the students, and developing personal skills and competencies can facilitate students exploring their anticipated career.
Knowledge Management in Technological Era: A Managerial Perceptive

Knowledge management plays a crucial role in the technological era. The knowledge and technology have been viewed as vital resources and as the significant wellspring of producing advantage. In this regard, the study has been carried out in various open and private colleges in Bangladesh to collect impression of 150 academician towards managerial practices. TQM Practices and Utilization of Technology in the Ready Made Garments (RMG) Sector of Bangladesh

Total Quality Management (TQM) practices and utilization of modern technology in the Ready Made Garments (RMG) sector of Bangladesh are considered to be very important, as RMG is becoming a thrust sector to the economy of the country. Without modern and sophisticated technology today’s RMG sector is in vain. An expanding number of garment industries in creating nations are honing TQM with a specific end goal to produce enhancements in execution and stay aggressive. A sample of 50 garment industries from Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gajipur and Savar EPZ of Bangladesh was selected to conduct the study. A field overview with an organized poll and meetings was led to accumulating vital data from the organizations. These organizations were chosen purposefully to guarantee the best conceivable situation of TQM practices in Bangladesh. The central purpose of this paper is to inspect the performance of TQM in the RMG sector of Bangladesh. The exploration discoveries demonstrate that organizations, which grasp TQM as a working theory inside their associations can make a change in product quality. In this way, it is essential to make right mindfulness for all commercial enterprises to understand these upgrades.
