SazzadThe focus of this study is on the design, implementation and management of an ISP network. An Internet Service Provider Business ' main aim is to guarantee a minimum downtime and full network service reliability. ISPs can offer a range of services, including data interconnection, internet service, surveillance, fiber optic networks, network design and repair, and assistance Internet service provider (Internet service providers). Even when there is an unplanned interruption, ISPs have redundancy communication in the company network networks. If power failure or load shedding takes place, the full effectiveness of a built-in network is difficult to ensure. If we can create a network that is reliable, secure, reliance able and quicker, it will be of more use to any organization. Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd is also a platform of ecommerce or social commerce in Bangladesh that are providing various online facilities to the people. This report focuses on the analysis of the marketing mix strategy employed by Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd., a leading consumer electronics company operating in Bangladesh. The report aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd. utilizes the marketing mix elements of product, price, promotion, and place to effectively position and promote its offerings in the market. The marketing mix is a strategic framework that encompasses the key decisions and actions taken by organizations to market their products or services successfully. It involves carefully considering and aligning various elements to create a compelling value proposition for customers and achieve business objectives. The four Ps of the marketing mix - product, price, promotion, and place - play crucial roles in shaping a company's marketing strategy and overall success. Sazzad; Faruk, Md. OmarThis project is about transport system. We want to try digitally managing the transport system through this project. We want to improve the existing transport system and adding new digital facilities. We propose a device system which can manage almost everything in transport system. It can use in public transport vehicle to manage and store data and this device can implement traffic laws and control the traffic and transport flaws. It will remove analog way billing system. It can control traffic speed. Automatically check traffic license. Control reckless bus stoppage. Manage traffic signal and laws. ATMS system cannot decrease traffic jam. ATMS system can use in all types of vehicles like public transport or private transport. Considering the present transport system there are lot of problems are faced by the passengers and for existing transport problems the other sector also faced many new problems. And in Bangladesh traffic accident is so much common because of existing transport system flaws. Public transports and drivers are reckless because there is no perfect monitoring system available in transport system. The present transport system it is almost manual and analog which is also time consuming. Day by day number of vehicles and transport are increasing. But traffic police are not increasing with respect to the numbers of vehicles. And the current situation it almost impossible to control the huge amount vehicles and transport with minimum number of traffic police. There are lot of things which should be checked almost every day and every time like license checking, vehicle fitness checking, vehicle papers, vehicle real time speed etc. To check these things manually transport system needs lot of manpower and that’s why it is quit impossible with this existing analog system. For this reason, this is perfect time for Bangladesh to implement a new and digital solution to manage this huge transport system. And in this project we try to find common flaws of traffic and transport system and find a suitable and best digital solution.Item Comparative Analysis of Classified Loan and Provision for Loan between Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks of Bangladesh(East West University, 4/15/2013) Hossain, Md. SazzadBank is the center and base of economic activities of modern times. Without banks economic activity of any country can't run properly. Therefore nowadays every country has different kinds of banks to run its economic activities. Bangladesh has different kinds of banks like conventional banks, Islamic banks, foreign banks, government banks etc to run its economic activities. At present Bangladesh have seven Islamic banks and twenty three conventional banks. Financial strength of these banks is very important for economic growth of the country. If banks are financially weak then it has negative impact on the country's economy, on the other hand if banks are financially strong then it has positive impact on the country's economy. So defining the financial strength of these banks is very important. There are lots of factors by which financial strength of banks are determined. One of the factors is loan. Determining the performance of loan maintenance of a bank, it is possible to identify the financial strength of a bank. Now the performance of loan maintenance depends on various factors like classified loan, provision for loan etc. this report focuses on these two factors to compare the financial strength between Islamic banks and conventional banks of Bangladesh. This report shows that ratio of classified loan to total loan of Islamic banks is above 10% over the five years, whereas ratio of classified loan to total loan of conventional banks is below 5% over the five years. It is clear that ratio of classified loan is not satisfactory for Islamic banks, but it is satisfactory for conventional banks. The main reason for high ratio of classified loan of Islamic banks is ICB Islamic Bank has above 50% loan as classified loan over the last five years. This indicates conventional banks are more effective in loan maintenance than Islamic banks. Another indicator of loan maintenance is provision for loan. The report shows amount of provision for loan is increasing over the last five years for both Islamic and conventional banks. The positive thing of high provision is credit risk of banks is reducing but the negative thing is profitability of banks is reducing. If profitability of banks reduces for having high provision, it indicates that banks loan maintenance is not good. By analyzing two factors it shows that banks are not performing well in loan maintenance. The report also shows the relationship of classified loan with different variables in the regression analysis part. Classified loan is positively related with total loan, total asset & age and adversely related with total deposit, net profit and no of branches. It indicates if total loan, total asset & age increases then classified loan increases, whereas if total deposit, net profit & no of branches increases then classified loan decreases. As the loan maintenance of the two banking industry of Bangladesh is not satisfactory, therefore banks should take necessary steps to improve the condition for the welfare of the economy.Item Consumer rights in Bangladesh(Daffodil International University, 2018-12-12) Hossain, Md. SazzadConsumer is the king of market. Though Bangladesh is small country she contains a large number of consumers. But it’s the matter of sorrow that everyday every sector consumer right is violated. We have law but there is no strong enforcement. The education of consumer and skills of sellers affects to get the rights of consumer. A lot of organization works here for monitoring human rights situations but none are eager for protecting consumer rights and that’s why consumer rights situation is not paid enough importance here. For this reason, first of all the government should take proper step to improve the condition of consumer rights.Item Design and Simulation of a Low Power and High-Speed 4-Bit Magnitude Comparator Circuit using CMOS in DSch and Microwind(Bangladesh Electronics and Informatics Society, 2020-12-31) Bhuyan, Muhibul Haque; Riadh, Md. AnisurIn this paper, we explained how to develop a 4-bit comparator circuit at the Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) technology nodes of 90 nm, 65 nm, and 45 nm, draw the logic diagram from the Boolean expression, and the truth table of the logic circuit, find the layout diagram, simulate the voltage vs. time diagram, obtain a 3-D view of the designed circuit, etc. At first, we designed a 4-bit magnitude comparator circuit in DSch with 8 inputs and 3 outputs. After that, we created compilation codes for the Microwind tool to observe the layout diagram for the designed 4-bit comparator circuit. Then we showed the basic operation of a 4-bit comparator circuit and generated the output characteristics curves and determined the surface area requirement, propagation delay, and power dissipation of the circuit. Based on the performance comparisons at various nodes through the simulation results, we revealed that the reduction of the technology nodes improves the circuit performance in terms of these parameters.Item Design of a Pelton Turbine using SOLIDWORKS for Ocean Wave Energy Harvesting in MATLAB Simulink(IOSR, 2021-04-30) Bhuyan, Muhibul Haque; Hossain, Md. Sazzad; Islam, Md. ArifulThis article discusses in detail the design and simulation of a Pelton turbine-based ocean wave energy harvesting system. Before that, the quest for renewable energy resources and in this context, the existing ocean wave energy harvesting devices and systems studied from the literature are described in brief. After that, the Pelton turbine’s working principle is also explained with a schematic diagram. The Pelton turbine was designed using SOLIDWORKS, which is a 3D engineering design and product development tool. After that, a MATLAB Simulink model was developed for the energy harvesting process. We simulated the model in the Simulink environment, and simulation results are demonstrated through some graphs. We obtained the maximum and minimum voltages of +440 V and -440 V respectively, a peak to peak current of 340 A, a maximum output electrical power of 3.7 MW, and a maximum speed of 3200 rpm with a constant field voltage of 11.5 V.Item Dhaka Transport – An Android Application(Daffodil International University, 2022-01-06) Shahriar, Mohammad Sakib; Roni, Nashed Shah; Hossain, Md. We are building this androidbased project to help the local passenger find stoppage and desired locations to reach their destination. There is a lot of confusion between people during their journey about bus fare, correct bus for the route, etc. That’s why we came up with a user-friendly project, gave us accurate information about the route. This apps offer various features to a user. Our task was developed with Back-end: Native JAVA, Array Adaptor, Google Console API, SQ Lite and Front-end: Linear Layout, Relative Layout, Scroll View, Search View, Image Slider, Custom Card View, Splash Screen, Recycle View. This project collects the data for the system condition, and after that, it comes up with the condition description. Then it creates something similar to the statement to meet the requirement. In this application system, we distribute with data entry, showing the location service and update. Developing this project will save the user time and avoid all kinds of unnecessary hassle.Item Industrial Engineering in Woven Garments Production(Daffodil International University, 2020-03-18) Hossain, Md. Traditionally operated garment industries are confronting issues like low productivity, low efficiency, longer production lead time, high remake, modify, and rejection, poor line balancing, low flexibility of style change over etc. These problems were addressed in this study by the using of Industrial Engineering. This paper introduces the various concepts utilizing method, time, limit and production study, it is conceivable to enhance productivity while reducing wastage. Work study took to record the actual individual capacity of each operator. We have recorded the actual cycle time to each operation for each and every operator and helper to discover the ideal number of worker, type of machines, and individual capacity. Data are stored as some category based such as Prisoner's information, Prisoner's Punishment, Meal Management, Transfer of prisoners, Prisoner's visitor management, Prisoners Medical Information, Prisoner’s release and also stored data of prisons employees who are a user of this system. This style of data administration frequently leads in human mistake, information retrieval delays, and other issues. As a result, for the Nigerian prison service Enugu command, an online jail management system was built and installed to handle prisoner data. The apposite development of Bangladesh may be hampered if the educational status of the polder people remains as low as it is today. Though constitution of Bangladesh has given equal civil rights to every citizen of this country but the polders people in Bangladesh feel disadvantaged in every sphere of their lives. Right from their bi1th, due to be the inhabitants of remote areas, they face discriminations in both their social and public lives. In this ground, the present research has explored the problems and opportunities of education for the people living in the polder areas of Rajshahi district in Bangladesh. Both as an explorative as well as descriptive in nature, this study has been conducted to explore the problems and opportunities of education for the polders people living in the selected polders of Rajshahi district. The population of this study conducted on 342 respondents, consisting of the students living in the study area who are enrolled in the 8 ( eight) schools located in the 5 (five) polders, parents of the students, teachers those who are serving in the selected schools and local leaders in those polder area. Moreover, three case studies of students and two focus group discussions have been carried out with seven to thi1teen persons in each group.
