Orient Overseas Container Line is known for their shipping services which they provide worldwide to their customers. It is one of the World biggest international container transportation, logistics and terminal companies. A Hong Kong's based most recognized global company, which provides customers logistics and containerized transportation services, with an enlarged network included Asia, Europe, North America and Australasia. Orient Overseas Container Line Bangladesh started their operation on 2006. And Orient Overseas Container Line logistics started their operation on 2010. Orient Overseas Container Line has two offices in Bangladesh, one at Chittagong the main Seaport & another in Capital City at Dhaka. Internship is a joint program which involves business school and business house collaboration. The main goal of this program is to give students the opportunity to translate the word's job and the knowledge of real life situation books.

Ambit Holdings Ltd. is one of the scheduled private real estate company in Bangladesh which is established 2008. The main motto of this organization is to make profit. One of the most important functions of Ambit Holdings Ltd. is selling flat and lands. Ambit Holdings Ltd, like others real estate company, are selling flat and lands to clients for revenue. The employees of Ambit Holdings Ltd. are very sincere about their work. They maintain a protocol to establish a good relationship with existing clients and they are also eager to search new clients. Ambit Holdings Ltd. Make some very good flat for clients in every years. I have discussed about sells/ marketing system of Ambit Holdings Ltd. in this report. The report has four parts, firstly introducing part, secondly a brief history of Ambit Holdings Ltd., thirdly marketing strategies of Ambit Holdings Ltd and lastly findings and recommendations with analysis and references. The objective of marketing strategies of Ambit Holdings Ltd is to minimize the risk and maximize the profit of Ambit Holdings Ltd. assuming and maintaining sells exposure within the acceptable parameters. The sells & marketing department is responsible for upholding the integrity of the organization’s profile. The Organization has a team for sells & marketing approval. Different tools and techniques are being used to evaluate a credit proposal. Although Ambit Holdings Ltd is successfully operating marketing strategies, the Organization should improve in some areas which will take help the Organization to become the leader of real estate sector.

As part of the Post Graduate Diploma in Knitwear Industry Management, I obtained practical experience across numerous important departments. Blue Planet Knitwear Limited is a sister firm of the respected Blue Planet Group, well-known in the RMG industry. The firm specializes in exporting 100% completed items, including seamless T-shirts, joggers, and children’s clothes. With a trained staff and a solid merchandising team, the plant has progressively expanded its order volume, principally supplying markets in Europe and the USA. Throughout the internship, I concentrated on learning the daily operations and duties of seven departments: Marketing & Merchandising, HR & Administration, Industrial Engineering, Planning, Fabric Technical, Store & Inventory, and Commercial. This report attempts to show the ways different departments operate to contribute to the company’s success while revealing prospects for progress. It also reflects on my personal development and professional advancement over this fantastic internship.
