The findings indicate a positive trend in customer satisfaction, with acknowledgment. The diverse array of e-banking services provided by BRAC Bank PLC, ranging from online banking and mobile banking to electronic funds transfer and bill payment, demonstrates the bank's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in areas such as user education, technological accessibility, and continuous enhancement of security measures. Nonparametric bootstrapping for multiple logistic regression model using R

The use of explanatory variables or covariates in a regression model is an important way to represent heterogeneity in a population. Again bootstrapping is rapidly becoming a popular tool to apply in a broad range of standard applications including multiple regression. The nonparametric bootstrap allows us to estimate the sampling distribution of a statistic empirically without making assumptions about the form of the population, and without deriving the sampling distribution explicitly. The main objective of this study to discuss the nonparametric bootstrapping procedure for multiple logistic regression model associated with Davidson and Hinkley's (1997) “boot” library in R.

Background The increasing physical violence against doctors in the health sector has become an alarming global problem and a key concern for the health system in Bangladesh. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and associated factors of physical violence against doctors in Bangladeshi tertiary care hospitals. Methods A cross-sectional survey was performed among 406 doctors working in tertiary care hospitals. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and the binary logistic regression model was employed for predicting physical violence against doctors. Results Of the participants, 50 (12.3%) doctors reported being exposed to physical violence in 12 months prior to the survey. According to logistic regression analysis, aged less than 30 years or younger, male and never-married doctors were prone to physical violence. Similarly, doctors from public hospitals and those worked in emergency departments were at higher risk of physical violence. More than 70% of victims reported that patients’ relatives were the main perpetrators. Two-thirds of the victims referred to violence in the hospitals as a grave concern. Conclusions Physical violence against doctors is relatively common in the emergency departments and public hospitals in Bangladesh. This study found that male and younger doctors were at high risk of exposing physical violence. To prevent hospital violence, authorities must develop human resources, bolster patient protocol and offer physician training.

It is serving a huge range of customers for many years all over the world. This company is just a Brand and a mane of excellence in the RMG industry of Bangladesh. Behind being a successful company the employees of the organization have been playing a vital role and the company also values its people first. By working in the Supply Chain Department (Export) I have come across the whole Export and Import activities in this department, tagging requirements of the Supply Chain department of Avery Dennison Bangladesh. The title of the report is “Supply Chain Management and Export/Import Activities of Avery Dennison Bangladesh”. The report is mostly based on secondary data analysis. In the overall report I have tried to focus mainly on how Avery Dennison Bangladesh Supply Chain Department runs and manages the export/import activities in delivering packaging and labeling goods to its customers which hold some unique and distinguished characteristics. This report is a detailed representation of all the mentioned topics and contains a preliminary discussion about Avery Dennison. This company is the market leader in the packaging and labeling sector in Bangladesh. In the overview part the vision, mission, objectives, products and services are described. The Export/Import activities starting from the order taking to the Delivery process is described in an elaborate manner. Finally, I have tried to give some recommendations from my learning that I have got from my day to day job at Avery Dennison and from my university lectures as well.
Using Bayesian approach to optimize some Microbiology data

The main purpose of this paper is to use Bayesian technique for identifying the conditions under which the bacteria growth is optimal. Such kind of analysis is important in microbiology when bacteria need culture in an optimum manner, so they can be identified, before adequate antibiotics can be developed. The dataset was collected under three different conditions which can be found in Binnie (2004). Therefore our interest lies in investigating how these three covariates are affecting the measurements of Bacteria count.
