A Case Report on Tube Cystostomy of a Goat for Management of Obstructive Urolithiasis

Tube cystostomy is considered a reliable surgical method for management of obstructive urolithiasis. The present case report describes a surgical approach for tube cystostomy of a goat. The case was recorded in the Upozilla Livestock office and Veterinary Hospital, Sirajganj Sadar,Sirajganj during internship placement. A 4-month-old Jamnapari male goat weighing 15 kg was brought into the hospital. There was painful micturition of the goat for 2 days due to obstruction in urinary tract. The decision of tube cystostomy surgery by the consent of the owner was taken due to its previous history,clinical sign of anuria,stranguria,increase bladder size etc. The operation was performed under sedation and local anesthesia with following the standard open surgical method. As a part of post-operative care systemic antibiotic, pain killer were administered. In addition, it was recommended that an antibiotic ointment containing povidone-iodine be used on the wound until complete healing. Following surgery, the owner was requested to keep the animal in clean,cool and to restrict the movement. No complications were noted and the goat had an uneventful recovery.

This project “An Online Platform for Mobile and Mobile Accessories” is about an informative web application which will provide the information of available mobiles in our country. In comparative study there is few sites that provide not only mobile information but also sells them. But our motto is not same to them. We are going to give the users only information of available mobiles in our country and where to purchase them. As Most of the phones of our country is reconditioned so it’s very important to buy them in physical. We think buying mobiles from online order is not safe. We have added many features that users can connect their demand. We have a contact section so that the user can ask for their demanded mobile. We have planned for notification section to notify the users about new arrivals. In our application user can do compare between two mobiles for easy making decision. This will help our users for purchasing a suitable phone for them. As we are not selling phone so there is no profit of us from the mobile. So the price will be raw as showrooms demanded. We are giving free advertisements for the sellers so we have a plan of giving coupon for our registered users a good discount. Moreover our project is very friendly and easy station for the buyers.
City Corporation Complain Portal

This project titled “City Corporation Complain Portal An Android Based Application”. The purpose of our project is solving issues on various fields. We face various kinds of problems in our day to day life. Sometime there is a damaged road, unwanted load Shedding or sewerage problem. We don’t know where to complain or where to inform. We tried to build a system where anyone can give information or give complain about this type of problem. Anyone can complain to authority just through a simple android application. User can complain through registration. There will be email id to identify the user or complainer. User will be notified after receiving the complaint via email. Authority will be notified about the problem. After taking the required action the complainer will be notified again through email or text on phone. By this application we are trying to solve some problems we face on daily life. Hope it will help a lot of people.
Development of a Iron Removal Plant for Ground Water Based Supply System in Apartment Buildings

Now a day’s groundwater is one of the major sources of water supply in Bangladesh, though it has an excessive iron content. Iron exists naturally in, underground water in Bangladesh. Presence of iron has negative impacts on aesthetic features of supplied water. Besides this iron precipitations cause damage to sanitary and water supply fittings and fixtures. To avoid such nuisance and to improve the quality of life for the residences of an apartment building, a treatment plant to fit the demand of a typical apartment building is designed in this research project. This project considered the different water flow pattern for buildings as well as the space constraints and made adjustments for those matters. A small physical model is created and tested in a small scale to understand and demonstrate its efficiency.
Effect of clove powder on growth performance and carcass characteristics of Broiler

This study examined how broiler chickens responded to clove extract added to their basal diet (broiler starter feed and broiler grower feed) at various concentrations (0% ,0.04%, 0.08%). Performance in terms of growth and carcass characteristics were examined in the study. About sixty three (63) Cobb 500 strain chicks (one day old) were used. The total 63 day old chicks were randomly distributed into three dietary treatment groups, each dietary treatment had three replications of which each replication received 21 chicks. (T0=control, T1=0.04%-clove, T2=0.08%-clove). To suit the nutritional needs of broiler chicken the experimental feed was designed to follow proper requirement of nutrition. The experiment was lasted 5 weeks. After 5 weeks of feeding the experimental diet 3 birds from each treatment group were slaughtered to measure the carcass characteristics. The amount of feed consumed, total body weight gain, feed conversion ratio (FCR) improved significantly (P 0.01) after clove extract was added to the chicks’ ration. When 0.04% of clove extract was added, the performance of the chickens was better than other groups. Thus, based on the result obtained from this study it can be suggested that 0.04% clove powder can be supplemented in broiler diet to obtain better growth and carcass yield.
Knowledge Attitude and Practice on Dengue among Households in Rural Areas [North Dharmapur, Gaibandha Bangladesh]

Dengue is the most common and essential viral arthropod-borne (arboviral) infection in humans. Throughout recent decades, the dengue rate has increased significantly. So far this year, the number of dengue-recognized patients across Bangladesh is almost double than the total diagnosed with mosquito-borne disease reported over the past 19 years. Dengue increase in rural Bangladesh stirs concerns about the cycle of outbreaks. A cross-sectional community based survey was conducted from September to October 2019 among 100 individuals belonging to the selected village in rural Gaibandha. A formal questionnaire was used to compile data on awareness, behavior, source of information, and dengue training. Adequacy of information and behavior with a confidence interval of 95 percent was summarized as a proportion. A sample of 100 people (males 42 and females 58) were interviewed at the mean age of 35.3 years. 23% were illiterate, while 32% were university graduates. 65% of respondents knew mosquito as their vector, 89% identified clear stagnant water as their dumping ground. Fever was identified as a symptom by 100%. 37% felt dengue fever may not be cured and 76%-felt dengue fever arises during the rainy seasons. 93 % had a positive attitude towards consulting a doctor for the disease. The bulk of the data was through television, social networking sites supplemented by radio and magazines, and only 3% was through health workers. The current study observed that awareness of dengue and mosquito control measures was satisfactory to a significant extent. As a consequence, large-scale information, education and communication campaigns are needed at frequent intervals for the rural population.
Multifunctional Therapeutic Approach of Nanomedicines against Inflammation in Cancer and Aging

Cancer is a fatal disorder that affects people across the globe, yet existing therapeutics are ineffective. The development of submicrometer transport for optimizing the biodistribution of systemically provided medications is the focus of nanomedicine. Nanoparticle- (NP-) based treatments may enable the development of novel therapeutic approaches to combat this deadly disorder. In multifunctional, multimodal imaging, and drug delivery carriers, NPs generally play a major role. They have emerged as potential strategies for the invention of innovative therapeutic procedures in the last decade. The exponential growth of nanotechnologies in recent years has increased public awareness of the application of these innovative therapeutic approaches. Many tumor-targeted nanomedicines have been studied in cancer therapy, and there is clear evidence for a significant improvement in the therapeutic index of antineoplastic drugs. Age-related factors such as metabolic and physiological alterations in old age and inadequate animal models are currently understudied in nanomedicine and pharmacology. This review highlighted the most important targeting approaches, as well as public awareness, therapeutic advancements, and future prospects in age-related metabolic variations, and tumor-targeted nanomedicine studies.

Performance evolution of spin valve transistor

A necessity of new alternative for electronic devices are arising in which spin property of electron will be engaged for better energy efficiency. Combination of both ferromagnet and semiconductor materials opens the new era of efficiency though faces a challenging route. The spin valve transistor (SVT) is the first among such working hybrid devices which can be the eligible alternative of current semiconductor transistors. This review projects the basic science of spin valve transistor and how current semiconductor transistors are limited by new arising challenges.
